13th Hole - Mountain View:
The 13th hole is the second easiest hole according to the scorecard. Number five being the easiest, which some tend to disagree with. Tee shots here face the wind and elevation drop to the green. Since there is no tree cover, your ball may be in air for ever on windy days. Approaching the green there is a series of steps leading onto the surface. At the last drop you’ll find rough that snags slower moving golf balls. If lucky this bank will kick you ball onto the green. As for the green, every player here has a theory of which way it breaks. Downhill, uphill, towards the farm, towards the creek, to the center…the long you play here you’ll hear them all. Try to concentrate on speed and choose a line no further than two balls on the outside edge of the cup. This method will work on just about the entire course.
