17th Hole - The Forrest:

Number 17, “The Forest” is the number one handicap hole on Capital Hills.  A tight dogleg right, that serves many a bogey to any great round.  Tee shots can have the misfortune of meeting the cart path, then bounding into the lumber yard.  Play you shot left to right and then respect the approach.  Most players would be wise to favor left of the green on their approach.  This route is a shorter carry, and if left short, the next pitch is easier than from the bottom of the steep hill fronting the green.
